This Privacy Policy explains how Aventran, Inc. ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and platform. It applies to both customers (brokerages and agents) and the buyers your assistant talks to ("end users").
1. Information we collect
From customers
- Account data: name, email, password hash, brokerage name, role, US state.
- Billing data: card last-four and billing address (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers).
- Configuration: listing inventory you upload, screening rules, CRM and calendar credentials (tokens encrypted at rest).
From end users
- Conversations between the end user and the assistant.
- Contact details the end user provides (name, phone, email, ZIP, budget, timeline).
- Device and basic analytics data (IP address, browser, referrer).
2. How we use information
We use this data to: operate the screening assistant, sync qualified leads to your CRM, schedule showings on your calendar, send service-related emails, prevent fraud, and improve product reliability. We do not use the contents of buyer conversations to train shared models.
3. When we share information
We share data only with:
- Sub-processors we use to run the service (e.g., AWS for hosting, Stripe for billing, Twilio for SMS, Postmark for email). A current list is available on request.
- Your CRM and calendar at your direction, with credentials you provide.
- Authorities where legally compelled, with notice to you where permitted.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not engage in "sharing" as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Data retention
We retain customer account data while your subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Conversation transcripts are retained for the period you configure (default: 24 months). Billing records are retained for 7 years to meet US tax requirements.
5. Your rights
If you are an end user located in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, or other US states with comprehensive privacy laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@aventran.com or contact the brokerage that submitted your information.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Production access is restricted, audited, and gated by SSO and MFA. We are working toward SOC 2 Type II certification.
7. Children's privacy
The service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
